Research Upgrade Sequence in Rise of Kingdom

This the the most Important thing in the Entire Game. If You mess up in this then:

Alright ROKmates, if you mess up some of the Researches, you can still cover-up for the same but not Entire Researches.

Most Imp NOTE:

Always collect rune boost for every building Upgrade or Research Upgrade or Training. What is rune?
Wait for Max Alliance help before using any speed ups.
At the End,when the lost temple is opened and Title giving is started, ask Kingdom Titles (Duke→Training; Scientist→Research; Architect→Buildings).
Check Kingdom buffs is active or not...(this will be mostly at the end but before kvk)
If title giving does not happen then your kingdom is dead meat in KVK because

2nd Note:

Upgrade academy everytime after you upgrade City Hall (Ultimately,it depends upon you).
If you upgrade, it will gives extra research buffs, but use speed ups to upgrade it so you will get extra time to upgrade researches(even 1% matters when the research is 20 days long).

Alright lets begin with "How you will proceed with Researches"

RED: Most Important, Leave every other Researches aside and Max this one out First.

YELLOW: Its Important but not as much as RED.

BLACK: Do not Research that Part.

Green: completed

City Hall Level 1 to City Hall Level 7:

Till City Hall 7 everything will be Researched before 10 days of time...

After that, just chill for some time until, you have teleported to the Latest Kingdom and started upgrading building.

City Hall Level 8 and Academy level 8:

After CH 8 is updated→go for Academy level 8→wait for max alliance Help→use speedups.

Now, its Time to go for T2.

go for Swordsman→wait for max alliance Help→use speedups.

go for Bowman→wait for max alliance Help→use speedups.

go for Light Cavalry→wait for max alliance Help→use speedups.

go for Arcuballista→wait for max alliance Help→use speedups.

Using speed ups depends upon you, this is because you cant login to game every 2 hours to train T1 troops.

Note:

Our Primary focus will be resources gathering and unlocking Troops(Reason, we need resources to upgrade buildings and researches and we cannot buy resources bundle).
Give same priority to "Resource gathering speed" like unlocking Troops, because the more you gather, the better is F2P development as resource is primary base for upgrading anything.
Rest of the Military Technology, we will upgrade it before KVK.(The speed ups which we are saving from past 90 days)
You may think that only giving importance to "Economy Technology" would result my troops buff being weak.
That is not the case,when you try unlocking T4 there are some prerequisites, so that makes our overall "Military Technology" or "military buffs" to average when considering same Might people.
At the End as well as in between, I would give you piece of advice if you are still not satisfied.

Do not compare your buffs with whale

After unlocking T2, you can do whatever Researches you want to do.(I personally prefer upgrading gathering speed for collecting resources).

At City Hall level 10, start upgrading your Academy to level 10 i.e. you will unlock "Metallurgy" gold gathering and "Writing" research buff(one of most important Researches). Do this metallurgy and Writing First(Get max alliance help first then use Research Speed ups).

Once you upgrade the important Researches, you can carry on with other researches.

Check the the below table for requirement of "Writing".

Alright so the first thing after upgrading academy to Level 11,12,13 is to upgrade "Writing" Research using Research speed ups(Get Max alliance help First then use speed ups).

Note:

Do not waste Research Speed ups in other Researches Like an idiot and impatient person.
If your current research will be upgraded in 3 hrs and you want to go to sleep OR go offline for long time.In that case, you can use Research speed ups and keep other Researches to upgrade.
After upgrading writing, you can do whatever you want to upgrade.

Let me guide you

Lets check Check Prerequisites of T3:

Spearman prerequisites(Infantry):

Bowman prerequisites(Archery):

Heavy Cavalry prerequisites(Cavalry):

Mangonel prerequisites(Seige):

We will start upgrading prerequisites of T3 as soon as it is available(Upgrading "Writing" is more important than T3 prerequisites).
Do not use Research speed ups to upgrade T3 prerequisites.
If Prerequisites are Done upgrading or still not unlocked start upgrading "Economy technology".
In Economy Technology,upgrade till "Plow" level 1 and "Sawmill" Level 1 as next upgrade is most important which will be available at Academy Level 17.

In Economy Technology, Give more importance to "Gathering speed" rather that "Production".

Alright, Lets talk when you academy has reached Level 16, what will I upgrade?

No T3 plz :)

I know, "How you all are feeling?"....hahaha

Alright, Lets go for T3 but no using speed ups.

Research, Every single one T3 ...f*****s.

Academy Level 17:

In Previous Note, I implied to upgrade Economy Technology till "Plow" level 1 and "Sawmill" Level 1.

The first thing that we will upgrade Research is "Engineering" to level 4(maximum at Academy 17) using Research speed ups.(if you don't have Research speed ups, use universal speedups, check Research rune as well)

This Gives building boosts so that you can upgrade Buildings faster.

Case 1: if you still haven't Researched few T3, then leave that and proceed with upgrading "Engineering" first.

Case 2: something is upgrading in Academy, use speedups and complete that research and start upgrading "Engineering" with speedups.

Afterwards "Engineering", you can start unlocking T3 which are left else you can carry on with other researches.

Note:

If you think your military might is weak in AOO(Ark of Osiris) then upgrade the following Military Tech after or in between Researching the above tech.
Also, don't go as a "Midteam" player to capture "Ark", defending ...as your troops are weak compared to them. Play as side teams...for further information check in AOO section.

Academy Level 18:

This is one of the Academy levels where tons of speeds ups, Resources will be used.

Two Major Researches i.e. "Mathematics" and "Engineering".

Complete the current Research with it is Active with Research Speed ups or Universal Speed ups.

First upgrade "Mathematics" to Level 4(max at Academy 18) using Research Speed ups or Universal Speed ups(Get Max alliance help First then use speed ups).

Secondly, upgrade "Engineering" to Level 9(max at Academy 18) using Research Speed ups or Universal Speed ups(Get Max alliance help First then use speed ups).

Order of upgrade:

Mathematics 1,2,3,4-->Engineering 5,6,7,8,9.

This is because when we upgrade Mathematics first, it will reduce time for "Engineering" and thus, cost less number of speed ups.

Afterwards, you can continue with other upgrades with other upgrades.

Academy Level 19:

Upgrade Mathematics to level 9 max at Academy 19 using Research speed ups or universal speedups.

In case, if there is any ongoing research, complete it with speedups.

After this, leave everything aside and start upgrading the following Military techs(these are prerequisites of T4).

Only upgrade till the comments in the Image(if the value in image is "level 3" then only upgrade the following research till level 3 not more than that).

Academy Level 20:

Upgrade "Engineering" to Level 10 max using speed ups.

Afterwards,you still haven't upgraded prerequisites of T4 then proceed for the same or go for "Gathering speed" in Economy Technology.

Note:

If you are at VIP 7 and you need 4k-5k Vip point to ascend to VIP8 then waste gems(VIP8 gives additional 10% Research boost and its a worth deal).

Academy Level 21:

Do not unlock T4

I repeat, Do not unlock T4

If you feel, I am kidding then you are wrong and you have to follow my instructions.

because

I am not kidding because before we unlock T4, we need to upgrade "Mathematics" to level 10 (3% more Research boost).

Use Speed ups while upgrading "Mathematics" to level 10 after you get max alliance help.

Afterwards, Go for T4 Infantry, Archer, Cavalry.

NO T4 Seige, its usless, Do not waste 25-30 days or speed ups unlocking it.

If you unlock T4 seige.

Seige is only good for gathering and T4 seige is not required in any case or scenario.

You can use Speedups for unlocking T4 but kindly check the below scenario.

I want to unlock T4 infantry in Academy, before that check if there are any 15% Research rune available or not.

If it is not available then atleast check for 10% Research rune.If this is also not available then wait for 1-2 days until it gets available. Till then research tech which take 1-2 days to upgrade.

Once 15% or 10% Research rune is available(I will personally go for 15% if lost Kingdom is unlocked).

Use speed ups to complete the current research and then start unlocking T4 infantry(get max alliance Help)→Use speed ups→T4 Infantry unlocked then again

start unlocking T4 Archer(get max alliance Help)→Use speed ups→T4 Archer unlocked

start unlocking T4 Cavalry(get max alliance Help)→Use speed ups→T4 Cavalry unlocked.

Note: I had only unlocked 2 T4's at that time using speed ups.

Academy 22,23,24,25:

You can do what the hell you want to do? but remember, no unlocking T4 seige.

At Academy 23, "Economy Technology" will be Mostly unlocked, so you can start increasing "gathering speed" via "Machines" Tech.

You can check the below highlighted parts which are important and may help you before kvk or which should be upgraded.

Economy Technology:

Reason for focusing on "Gathering": During KVK you will require ton of resources which cannot be covered up via "Resource Production".
